Psycho-Soma Session
Decode your disease through Psychosoma session.
Explore how emotions and unresolved trauma can affect the body.
By understanding the origin of symptoms, we bring awareness, release fear, and support the body’s natural healing process.

This session is for you if you...:

1. ...feel real physical pain or discomfort, yet all the tests come back “normal.”
It can be frustrating and confusing to know something is wrong but not understand why it’s happening.
2. …feel unheard or dismissed.
Many of you with chronic symptoms feel that their concerns are minimized or explained away as stress or anxiety. This can create a deep sense of not being taken seriously.
3. ...feel exhausted endlessly searching for answers.
Seeing multiple doctors, trying different treatments for your specific condition and still not finding relief can feel exhausting. You might feel like you are going in circles without progress, feeling hopeless.
4. ...feel fear and uncertainty about the future.
Without clear answers, it is hard to know what will happen next.
Questions like “Will this get worse?” or “Will I ever feel normal again?” can create constant anxiety, worsening already existing body symptoms.
5. ...feel alone with the problem
Friends, family, or colleagues may not fully understand invisible symptoms like fatigue, pain, or brain fog. This can lead to isolation and loneliness.
6. ...feel injustice and anger... The unanswered question: “Why me?”?
"What happened in my life that made my brain activate this illness as a way to help me survive?"

“If my illness is a solution, what problem was the brain trying to solve?”
Let me share a few examples from my work with courage's souls. (The names have been changed to protect confidentiality.)

1. Katherine’s Story
Katherine had suffered from migraines regularly for over 30 years. She felt hopeless that the symptoms would ever improve.
When we started working together, it became clear that her migraines were connected to a deep fear of authority figures — particularly her father and later her husband. Her body had stored years of trauma related to these relationships. In many ways, the migraines had also become a coping mechanism that allowed her to withdraw from situations where she felt powerless.
These are only a few examples of how the body tries to speak to us and get our attention.

2. Andrew’s Story
Andrew developed eczema on his hands for the first time in his 30s. The condition eventually disappeared on its own, but returned again four years later. During this time, he felt a deep sense of shame at work, as his hands were always visible and he desperately wanted to heal the condition.
When we met for a session, we explored the deeper emotional background connected to his symptoms. It became clear that the eczema was linked to a separation conflict with his wife and child. In his 30s, his family moved to Ireland for a year. When they returned home, the conflict was naturally resolved and the eczema disappeared.
Four years later, his family left again, and the symptoms returned. The underlying emotional pattern connected to his eczema was the experience of separation and the deep feeling of missing his wife and child.

3. Jamie’s Story
Jamie, a 7-year-old boy, developed a strong fear/phobia of being alone in a room if no adult was visible or nearby. His body remained in a constant state of anxiety, always ready to run away. This went on for more than a year, and his parents were desperate to find help.
During our work, it became clear that Jamie had taken on the unresolved emotional tension between his parents following their divorce. His mother carried deep hurt and anger toward Jamie’s father because of the trauma from the marriage. This resistance toward Jamie spending time with his father created a sense of emotional conflict that Jamie’s body absorbed, leaving him stuck in a constant survival response.

These are only a few examples of how the body tries to speak to us and get our attention. If any of these stories awaken even a small spark of curiosity within you, then say YES to yourself. Sometimes the very first step toward healing is allowing yourself to be seen, heard, and supported.

Never underestimate the sacred wisdom of the body.

Beneath the noise of the mind, the body has always been whispering the truth of who we are.

You are not just another person in this world !

You are a unique and precious being... and your life deserves to be honoured with the deepest care and reverence !
How the session works ?
Before the Session

Before our session, you will be asked to complete a short form at least 48h before the meeting. After that, we will meet online via video call.

During the Session

During the session, I create a very safe space where your body can begin to feel... embracing peace and safety...
You will be invited to lie down, relax, and focus on your breathing, allowing your body to gently guide the process.
As an intuitive channel, I connect with your Higher Self and bring this guidance into the session to support our exploration. Alongside my intuition, I integrate elements of Psychobiology, including Recall Healing, German New Medicine, and other educational systems.

This session is designed to help you bring awareness to the emotional and energetic patterns connected to your body’s symptoms or illness, receiving the answer to deeper question: Why has this appeared in my body?

Sometimes, once the root cause of a symptom is uncovered, the body may begin its healing process spontaneously. However, in many cases deeper healing work is needed. For this reason, I often recommend continuing with
Divine Healing Master Key sessions.
